Dave Totally agree with your comments regarding your bandmates Carl. You guys each add your own expertise to create the sound that is "ROSIE", much like other incomparable bands with a unique sound that just can't be recreated by anyone else other than its original members (Boston, Queen for example). A big shame that you all weren't more publicized nationally as a group, but it was a GREAT thing for us in the midwest! I could type for hours about many of the "classic" Rosie shows! Wild West, if you're on here - I'll never forget the 10 minute rant at The Agora about your buddie Angus Young. Classic! It was all the talk at the urinals at intermission. Looking forward to the next gig! As always, you guys are the "R" in Rock!

Boos oops...technology is great, its the one behind the keyboard now isn't it...spoke to Ed today (I'm in Boston, finally, raining like a hurricane here) and forgot about fric and frac with him...holy crap. he lived here for a year, didn't know that, but thinking of calling Hank Dekken to say hi as well...don't know if I said this publicly but I got the most amazing kick up the pants (that last gig) I had no idea how good it was and could be...20 years is a long time, but if we do it again I'd like to get a small pro-tools rig oout to really record some of the stuff, then we can youtube properly ...you winning on the links or what?

Mongo Thug Carl Thug, what is that Joe dude's problem? You guys always did smoke, regardless of who was playing guitar. I know for a fact that you are a great lead/rhythm player. That's not to say that Mark isn't outstanding as well. And your rhythm section...aside from being mildly twisted, they are the best. Hope to see you soon. And Bobby, call me TOO when you get down here.

LONG TIME FAN dude. i mean JOE....what on earth are you talking about rosie being dead..did you Not go to the show in December? Carl While I'm fired up, I thought I'd say a few things about "Rosie's sound". ...There was never (in my opinion) a better R&R bass player than Wild Robert West. He was the "back Bone" of the whole damn thing. I played w/Robert in SMOKIN' along w/Bobby Boos and there was never a drummer that held the "pocket" together better than he did! Also, and I say this to people all the time, "Eddie Van Hallen is a great lead guitar player but what a lot of people don't realize is that he is a GREAT rhythm guitarist too." That is what Ed Means brought to Rosie. You may not notice him, but damn it, he's a big part of the "Rosie sound" ...You people, talking smack, you've got NO idea what went on, But we do!!!!!!!!

Carl Jim B. , Eric and I are friends and there's no problems here. We did two different things(but the same) All I was trying to do was keep this site positive but some people won't let that happen. I have the "power" to delete Joe's comments but like I said, everyone's got an opinion, just like everyone's got an ..... you know what I mean! Thanks for chiming in JIM B. , you're always welcome as are all Rosie fans and Rosie haters. It's what this site is for. Thanks again. And Thank you Bob Jones and the other Bob. ROCK ON!!!!
